This bachelor thesis aims to the issue of agency employment, its analysis, identifica-tion of the drawbacks and suggestions to improvements. Main focus is on the overuse of the agency employment, unequal treatment of the groups of the regular and agency employees. Also difficulty of the training of the agency employees is examined. At the end of this thesis is summarizing pros and cons, and frequent problems from the viewpoint of every member of this relationship.

Agency Employment Abstract My diploma thesis is focused on the agency employment. The institute of agency employment was integrated to our system of the legal regulations in 2004 and nowadays it is a very popular alternative of traditional employment. Employers perceived it as an institute that enables them to react quickly and effectively to the changes which take place on the labour market and therefore gain the needed employees in the right time. I decided to write about this topic mainly because agency employment is very interesting issue with great business opportunities, but unfortunately the Czech regulation isn't as complex and clear as it could be. Therefore, I find this topic quite intriguing. The thesis is divided into introduction, conclusion and six more chapters. First chapter introduces the term and origin of the institute of agency employment within the Czech system of legal regulations. Next chapter focuses on the legal regulation of agency employment. Firstly, I mention very briefly history of the agency employment legislation, then I focus on the international legislation of the agency employment and last but not least I also give a short excursion into European legislation. Temporary agency work of manual workers in the Czech and Slovak Republics

Master's thesis deals with the issue of temporary agency work of manual workers in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The aim of this thesis is to identify the benefits and potential risks of temporary agency work and formulate measures to strengthen identified advantages and eliminate the potential risks from the perspective of the Czech labor market. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and applicable legislation on this issue. The practical part is focused on analysis of selected economic and legislative factors of temporary agency work in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Based on the results of the analysis are identified the benefits and potential risks and recommended steps to improve the status of this form of employment in the labor market.

The topic of this diploma thesis is Temporary agency work in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis is logically divided into two main parts. The first part is predominantly theoretical. Within this topic the basic definitions and its mutual relationship are analyzed in detail. The thesis is mainly focused on analysis of current legislation and its history from 2004 till present. The second part of the diploma thesis is based on the survey published through questionnaire. The questionnaire has logical structure and therefore it is possible to deduce the position and experience of the respondents with the held topic. In conclusion, there are proposals to improve the current regulation of temporary agency work which could contribute to an increase of positive attitudes towards agency employment in the Czech Republic.
The role of recruitment agencies in the recruitment and selection of employees

The main aim of my work is based on learned theoretical knowledge, gained personal experience and collaboration with recruitment agencies to analyze the situation of human resources in the Czech Republic and especially introduce professional selection procedure and obtain the most suitable candidate since recruitment agencies are professionals in their field. The biggest contribution of this thesis is in a comprehensive summary of theoretical and practical knowledge of such an important area as the selection of resources or those employees who are able to develop and form flourishing company. Firms do stand on people, what should be more important than correct selection of its employees. The work will also outline proposals and recommendations to improve services of recruitment agencies.

This dissertation describes and analyzes the topic - agency employment in the Czech Republic. It explains scope of relations among subjects of agency employment. It describes the inclusion agency employment in the Czech law system and the most important changes related to recent amendments to the Employment Act and the Labour Code. Custom research is primarily focused on analysis of practical activities of selected employment agencies, agency employees and the users of staffing services.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of agency employment in the Czech Republic. It discusses the history of agency employment, its regulation, the process and conditions of granting licenses to the employment agencies. It then examines in detail the relationships between all participants of this "triangular relationship". The practical part of this thesis analyses the current situation of agency employment in the Czech Republic and based on surveys it draws the advantages and disadvantages that arise to all participants of the agency employment. It includes agencies' point of view on legal regulation of agency employment. In the conclusion the author expresses her opinion on the future development of agency employment in the Czech Republic.
Advantages and disadvantages of temporary agency work in the Czech Republic

The main purpose of this thesis is to introduce the concept of temporary agency work and assess the implementation of theoretical and practical knowledge. The main part is focused on analyzing the issues of legal regulation of temporary agency work. Then the triangular relationship between the private employment agency, user firms and agency workers is described and elaborated on. The analysis followed the implementation of recruitment agency workers, including financial analysis of costs and revenue that are spent on the project in Idea Agency Ltd. The final chapter outlines the advantages and disadvantages of temporary agency work for all parties involved, i.e. agency workers, users firms and private employment agencies. The conclusion summarizes the findings and proposed recommendations for improving the use of forms of agency work.
